LAYOUT DESIGN
ASICentrum designers are able to design any layouts. They are experienced
in the design of
- special structures
- test structures
- detectors
- sensors
- micromechanical elements
According to customer's wishes we are able to provide you with
redesigns and verifications of finished layouts and layout conversions
to/from GDSII and CIF formats.
Further to design we secure mask production, chip production and assembly.
The biggest layout and mask production we have made:
pixel detectors - part of the ATLAS and ALICE international projects
- diameter of chips 10 cm
- doublesided lithography masks
- Mentor Graphics IC
